Every day, people across North Dakota do small things that make a big difference.
Maybe they helped a neighbor, checked on someone who needed a little extra help, volunteered their time, paid it forward, or simply did something kind when nobody was watching.
We want to hear those stories.
KINDNESS DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED
At Arrow Service Team, we believe being part of a community means more than just doing business here.
It's about recognizing the people who make our communities stronger.
Acts of Kindness is our way of celebrating everyday people who are making a difference through simple acts of kindness.
We're not looking for the biggest gesture.
We're looking for the good stuff.
The neighbor who shovels someone else's sidewalk.
The stranger who stops to help.
The coworker who always checks in.
The volunteer who gives their time.
The person who simply makes someone else's day a little better.
Those are the stories we want to celebrate.
HOW IT WORKS

Tell us about someone who performed a random act of kindness.
2. 📝 TELL US WHAT HAPPENED
Share what they did and why it made a difference.
3. 📸 ADD A PHOTO
Have a photo? We'd love to see it!
4. 🏷️ TAG THEM
If possible, tell us who deserves the recognition.
5. ⭐ WE'LL DO THE REST
Twice each month, Arrow Service Team will select a kindness story to recognize.
WHAT DOES THE WINNER RECEIVE?
🎁 $100 LOCAL GIFT CARD
A $100 gift card to a local business as a way of paying kindness forward and supporting another member of our community.
🏆 ARROW ACTS OF KINDNESS CERTIFICATE
A special certificate recognizing their contribution to our community.
⭐ SOCIAL MEDIA SPOTLIGHT
We'll share their story and celebrate them on Arrow Service Team's social media.
❤️ NOMINATE SOMEONE
Who deserves a little recognition?
You don't have to know them personally.
You don't need to write an essay.
Just tell us what happened.
