Arrow Service Team places a high value on creating a professional workforce at all levels of the organization. Company representatives are expected to work within our training guidelines and with limited supervision to help our customers deal with a variety of home or business disasters.

Training may be a few hours to a few weeks depending on the level of expertise required. Both formal classroom and on-the job training ensure compliance with policies and procedures unique to the restoration industry while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and insurance industry requirements. Company logo shirts, jackets and badges are provided.

Working in small teams or individually you’ll be mitigating (stopping and removing) damage or helping to rebuild after the damage has been addressed. Our on-call schedule is rotated with employees and management alike to ensure we have response teams available 24/7.

FT Project manager

Arrow Service Team is looking for an additional Project Manager to manage reconstruction of customer losses due to water, fire, mold and other disasters. Experience in the construction industry and comfort with technology are a must. Job duties include working closely with insurance companies and homeowners; scheduling materials and tradesmen as well as a shared employee base of specialists to return customers’ homes and businesses to the same or better condition than prior to a loss. Base salary of 40-80K DOE plus performance bonuses on completed projects, Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and Vacation benefits available.

2 years or more of restoration or construction experience is preferred but we will train a quality candidate for this career position.
